High speed crash in Washington Parish leaves woman dead
WASHINGTON PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A woman is dead following a crash in Washington Parish.
On Wednesday, Jan. 29, deputies with the Washington Parish Sheriff's Office were called to the scene of a crash on Sie Jenkins Road near Rolling Oaks Ridge along with officials with Fire District 7, Northshore EMS.

An investigation revealed that 29-year-old Destyn Alissa was reportedly traveling on the road at a 'high rate of speed' when she lost control of her vehicle.
