Branchburg developer unveils Hunterdon County warehouse
RARITAN TOWNSHIP - Larken Associates, based in Branchburg, has completed the Flemington Junction Business Center II, a 50,000-square-foot warehouse off Route 31.
The property is adjacent to the Flemington Junction Business Center, a four-building, 150,000-square-foot warehouse complex that reached full occupancy in 2024.
The new warehouse, at 20 Minneakoning Road, is part of the company's 4-million-square-foot commercial portfolio in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The new multi-tenant property features 15 loading dock doors with levelers, two drive-in doors, heavy power capacity and floor load, and LED motion-sensor lighting.

Flemington Junction Business Center II is the latest addition to Larken Associates' Central Jersey industrial portfolio which spans nearly a million square feet. The portfolio includes Hillsborough Business Center, a 27-building, 596,135-square-foot complex.
