Update on Flora Day live stream cameras: Here's how you can watch

Update on Flora Day live stream cameras: Here's how you can watch The Flora Day live stream will be up and running from 6.30am on Thursday, May 8 (Image: Helston Packet) Three live stream cameras will capture the magic of Flora Day 2025, designed for those unable to make it into town. Installed by the team at PC Primary in Helston, the cameras are positioned at key locations in the town to ensure that each dance and the Hal-an-Tow can be watched by people at home or anywhere in the world. All dances will be able to be viewed via the livestream (Image: Helston Packet) The live stream was a popular addition to Helston's historic event after it was first tested in 2014. It allowed viewers, whether in a different country or local residents unable to attend in person, to experience the dancers making their way through the town. The locations of the three cameras are: Opposite the Guildhall on Coinagehall Street Facing the Monument at the bottom of Coinagehall Street Meneage Street ADVERTISEMENT The livestream will be available to view from 6.30am on Flora Day (Thursday, May 8) via the following YouTube link: Phil Williams from PC Primary thanked those who have made the livestream cameras possible and teased plans for next year's event. The livestream will be up and running from 6.30am on Flora Day (Thursday, May 8) (Image: Helston Packet) Phil told the Packet: 'We would like to thank the Flora Day Association for making this happen. 'Next year, we're hoping to expand; we have many plans in place.' Honorary Secretary of the Flora Day Association, Nick Wills, highlighted the benefits of the livestream. He said, 'The ability for those who can't make it into town to still be part of Flora Day via the Live Stream is incredibly important. "It allows people near and far to feel connected and involved, no matter where they are. It's an invaluable service that enhances the day for so many. 'A huge thank you must go to Phil Williams and his team at PC Primary for all the behind-the-scenes work – the technical side is no small feat, and they pulled it off brilliantly.'
