Ken Seiff asks $12.9M for oceanfront Miami home
Ken Seiff, a venture capitalist and founder of Blockchange Ventures, is putting his Florida oceanfront sanctuary at Arte Surfside on the market for $12.9 million, The Post has learned. The 3,136-square-foot, three-bedroom residence, perched within a 16-unit boutique tower crafted by acclaimed Italian architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, offers unobstructed coastal views. Located at 8955 Collins Ave. in Surfside, the seventh-floor unit boasts a meticulously curated interior. Hark, who died in 2022, was a descendent of President Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings. A private elevator opens to a spacious foyer, which boasts marble floors and bespoke white oak paneling.
