The model, who failed to find love in the All Stars spin-off, gave her Instagram fans a medical update after admitting her health woe was "hell." 6 6 Mum of one Hannah, 35, uploaded a fresh image showing her lying in bed with a hospital tray table in front of her. It featured a empty bottle of vitamin water and a couple of water bottles. The clear blue skies and sunny weather could be seen through the window and Hannah wrote: "The fomo is so real looking out this window. "Will get back to everyone soon." She finished off her message with a red Emoji love heart. It is the second time in a month the ITV2 star has been whisked to the medical ward. MEDICAL WOE On Friday, Hannah Elizabeth posted a photo of a hospital with an ambulance at the front, and wrote over the snap: 'Now back in A&E this is so bad I can't cope with this HELL.' In a second update, she shared a photo of herself lying in the hospital bed with her arm in shot. She said: 'Back here ppl,' followed by an anxious face emoji.
