Gift Box, a Grade 1 winner, seven-figure earner, and young sire, has been sold to Prince Abdulaziz bin Mousd al Saud, and he will relocate to Saudi Arabia for the 2026 breeding season, BloodHorse 12-year-old son of Twirling Candy previously stood at Lane's End in Versailles, Ky., where he entered stud in 2021. His oldest runners are 3-year-olds of two crops of racing age, Gift Box has sired 32 winners and amassed combined progeny earnings of more than $1.8 Box is the sire of Louisiana stakes winner Powdered Sugar and stakes-placed Grayson's Girl. He is also responsible for Puerto Rican champion Huracan Boricua.
During his own on-track career, Gift Box won six of 18 starts and earned $1,127, earning graded stakes placing as a 2-year-old, and earning more black type placing at three, Gift Box took off as a 5-year-old with a victory in the G2 San Antonio Stakes. He continued to climb the ladder at six, with a score in the G1 Santa Anita Handicap and a second San Antonio more at BloodHorse.
