Stocks to watch today, Thursday, August 14, 2025: Indian equity benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty, are likely to witness a negative opening as investors await developments around US tariffs and the outcome of the US-Russia peace talks scheduled for Friday. At 7:10 AM, GIFT Nifty Futures were trading at 24,688.5 points, down 21.5 points or 0.09 per cent. Asian markets were trading on a mixed note amid expectations for lower US Federal Reserve rates next month. Last checked, Japan's Nikkei 225 was down 1.4 per cent and South Korea's KOSPI was down 0.1 per cent. Meanwhile, China's CSI 300 index was trading 0.25 per cent higher. On Wednesday, major US equity indices touched their all-time highs for the second consecutive day. The S&P 500 index rose 0.32 per cent and the Dow Jones Industrial Average settled 1.04 per cent higher. Here are the key stocks to watch today, August 14: New listings: Shares of JSW Cement and All Time Plastics will be listed on the exchanges, NSE and BSE, today in the mainboard category. Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL): The state-run oil and gas company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹6,839 crore in the first quarter of fiscal 2026 (Q1FY26), up 140.7 per cent from ₹2,861.6 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations fell 0.5 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) to ₹1,12,551.5 crore from ₹1,13,095 crore. Jubilant Foodworks: The company's consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter under review increased 17 per cent to ₹2,260.9 crore compared to ₹1,933.1 crore in the year-ago period. It reported consolidated PAT of ₹97.2 crore, up 59.8 per cent from ₹60.8 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal. The company added 71 new stores during the quarter. United Spirits: The alcoholic beverages company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹417 crore in the June 2025 quarter, down 14 per cent from ₹485 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company's revenue rose 9.4 per cent to ₹3,021 crore compared to ₹2,761 crore in the Q1FY25. Infosys: The IT services major will acquire a 75 per cent stake in Versent Group, Australia's leading Digital Transformation Solutions Provider, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Telstra Group, for AUD 233.25 million. Infosys will have operational control, while Telstra will continue to retain a 25 per cent minority stake in Versent Group. ICICI Bank: The private lender has lowered the minimum account balance requirement for metro and urban locations to ₹15,000 from ₹50,000, for semi-urban locations to ₹7,500 from ₹25,000, and for rural locations to ₹2,500 from ₹10,000. Pfizer: The pharmaceutical company reported revenue from operations of ₹603 crore, up 7.1 per cent Y-o-Y from ₹562.9 crore. The company's net profit came in at ₹191.8 crore, up 27.2 per cent Y-o-Y from ₹150.7 crore. Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail: The fashion retailer reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,831 crore, up 9 per cent Y-o-Y from ₹1,674 crore. Ebidta jumped 38 per cent to ₹169 crore against ₹123 crore in the year-ago period. The company's net loss came in at ₹234 crore against ₹238 crore in the year-ago period. Vishal Mega Mart: The company reported a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹215.5 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2025, up 37.8 per cent from ₹156.4 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue from operations increased 21 per cent to ₹3,140.3 crore from ₹2,596.3 crore in the year-ago period. Muthoot Finance: The financial services company reported a 45 per cent Y-o-Y increase in net interest income (NII) to ₹6,288 crore compared to ₹4,348.3 crore in the year-ago period. Profit after tax during the quarter stood at ₹1,974.2 crore, up 65 per cent from ₹1,195.7 crore reported in Q1FY25. Q1 results today Ashok Leyland, Indian Oil Corporation, Amara Raja Energy & Mobility, AstraZeneca Pharma India, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Vodafone Idea, Inox Wind, Patanjali Foods, Swan Energy, Valor Estate, Easy Trip Planners, GE Power India, Hindustan Copper, Inox Green Energy Services, Inox Wind, IRB Infrastructure Developers, and Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services, among others will release their Q1 earnings today.

Last checked, Japan's Nikkei 225 index was trading 2.36 per cent higher, hitting record highs, while South Korea's KOSPI was up 0.8 per cent. However, Hong Kong's Hang Seng index was down 0.15 per cent. On Monday, Wall Street closed modestly lower after President Trump announced a 90-day pause for higher tariffs on China. Here are the key stocks to watch today, August 12: Indian Hotels Company (IHCL): The Tata Group's hospitality arm announced that its board of directors and a designated committee have approved the acquisition of majority stakes in two hospitality companies: ANK Hotels and Pride Hospitality, for a total consideration of ₹204 crore. The company has executed a share subscription and purchase agreement and a shareholders' agreement to acquire around 51 per cent equity stake for an amount not exceeding ₹ 110 crore in ANK Hotels. Ashoka Buildcon: The construction engineering company reported a standalone total revenue of ₹1,339 crore in the June 2025 quarter (Q1FY26), down 30 per cent from ₹1,901 crore in the year-ago period. The company's profit after tax (PAT) fell 25 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) to ₹31 crore from ₹41 crore. Hindalco Industries: US-based Novelis Inc., a subsidiary of Hindalco Industries, reported a 36 per cent Y-o-Y decline in net income attributable to its common shareholders to $96 million for the April-June quarter of FY26. Net sales for the reported quarter increased 13 per cent Y-o-Y to $4.7 billion. Bata India: The footwear manufacturing company reported a marginal decline in the standalone revenue from operations to ₹941.8 crore in the Q1FY26 against ₹944.6 crore in the year-ago period. The company's profit after tax came in at ₹51.7 crore, down 70 per cent from ₹174.3 crore in the year-ago period. Tilaknagar Industries: The alcoholic beverage company reported total revenue of ₹409 crore, up 30.6 per cent compared to ₹313 crore in the year-ago period. The company's profit after tax grew 120.8 per cent to ₹89 crore against ₹40 crore in Q1FY25. Sansera Engineering: The auto components manufacturer reported total revenue of ₹766.3 crore in the Q1FY26, up 3 per cent from ₹743.9 crore in the year-ago period. The company's profit after tax (PAT) grew 26 per cent to ₹63 crore compared to ₹50.1 crore in Q1FY25. The company secured new orders worth ₹173.2 crore during the quarter. Man Industries: The steel pipe maker posted a consolidated net profit of ₹27.6 crore, up 45.2 per cent from ₹19 crore in the year-ago period. It reported revenue from operations of ₹742.13 crore during the June 2025 quarter against ₹748.7 crore in the Q1FY25. Astral: The CPVC pipes and fittings manufacturer reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,361.2 crore in the June 2025 quarter, marginally down from ₹1,383.6 crore in the year-ago period. The company's net profit plunged 33.7 per cent to ₹79.2 crore against ₹119.5 crore in the year-ago quarter. Adani Enterprises: Horizon Aero Solutions (HASL), a step-down subsidiary of the company, has acquired a 100 per cent stake in Indamer Technics (ITPL). ITPL is engaged in the business of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) of aircraft. Q1 results today Hindustan Aeronautics, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, Honasa Consumer, Aavas Financers, Alkem Laboratories, Cochin Shipyard, Bharat Dynamics, Gujarat State Petronet, Mrs Bector Food Specialities, ONGC, Jindal Steel & Power, FSN E-Commerce, Zydus Lifesciences, and Suzlon Energy, among others, will release their Q1 earnings today.

Here're the stocks to watch today: Q1 Results Today Several big names are scheduled to release their financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. These include Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, Divis Laboratories, Trent, Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL), Bharat Forge, Fortis Healthcare, Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Pidilite Industries, Power Finance Corporation, Blue Star, Jindal Stainless, Bajaj Holdings, PVR Inox, Jyoti CNC Automation, UNO Minda, and TD Power Systems. Quarterly Results Snapshot Lupin reported a 52.1 per cent rise in Q1FY26 net profit to Rs 1,219 crore, compared to Rs 801.3 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue also climbed 11.9 per cent to Rs 6,268.3 crore. Torrent Power saw a decline of 24.8 per cent in net profit at Rs 731.4 crore for Q1FY26. Revenue dropped 12.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 7,906.4 crore from Rs 9,033.7 crore. Prestige Estates Projects registered a profit of Rs 292.5 crore for the quarter, up 25.8 per cent over Rs 232.6 crore last year. Revenue rose 23.9 per cent to Rs 2,307.3 crore. Britannia Industries reported a modest 3 per cent growth in profit at Rs 520.1 crore for Q1FY26, with revenue rising 8.8 per cent to Rs 4,622.2 crore. Sheela Foam saw its quarterly profit plunge 83.9 per cent year-on-year to Rs 7.43 crore from Rs 46 crore. Revenue increased marginally to Rs 821.4 crore from Rs 809.8 crore. There were no exceptional gains this time, compared to Rs 30.62 crore in Q1FY25. Lloyds Engineering Works posted a 23.4 per cent drop in Q1FY26 profit to Rs 391.6 crore, despite an 18.4 per cent rise in revenue to Rs 2,263 crore. NCC Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 192.1 crore, down 8.5 per cent from Rs 209.9 crore a year earlier. Revenue dropped 6.3 per cent to Rs 5,179 crore. Raymond Realty delivered an impressive performance, with profit more than doubling to Rs 16.5 crore in Q1FY26 from Rs 7.4 crore. Revenue jumped 188.7 per cent to Rs 374.4 crore. Other income also surged to Rs 17.5 crore compared to Rs 0.1 crore last year. Container Corporation of India posted a 3.2 per cent rise in net profit at Rs 266.5 crore, while revenue grew 2.4 per cent to Rs 2,153.6 crore. CCL Products reported a 1.4 per cent increase in Q1 profit to Rs 72.4 crore, while revenue surged 36.5 per cent to Rs 1,055.6 crore. Automotive Axles posted a 4.9 per cent year-on-year growth in profit to Rs 35.7 crore, though revenue saw a slight dip of 0.6 per cent to Rs 489.4 crore. Gland Pharma reported a 49.9 per cent jump in Q1FY26 profit to Rs 215.5 crore and a 7.4 per cent rise in revenue to Rs 1,505.6 crore. EIH Ltd reported a steep 63.3 per cent drop in Q1FY26 profit to Rs 33.9 crore from Rs 92.2 crore last year. However, revenue increased 8.9 per cent to Rs 573.6 crore. Godawari Power and Ispat saw profit fall 24.6 per cent to Rs 216 crore, while revenue declined slightly to Rs 1,323.3 crore from Rs 1,342.5 crore. Gujarat Gas posted a marginal decline in net profit at Rs 327.6 crore versus Rs 330.7 crore a year earlier. Revenue fell 13 per cent to Rs 3,870.9 crore. HG Infra Engineering has received a Letter of Award from the Military Engineer Services (MES) for the development of an integrated material handling facility at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This infrastructure contract is expected to be a key trigger for the stock. Bulk Deals One97 Communications (Paytm) saw a significant ownership reshuffle as Antfin (Netherlands) Holding BV, backed by Alibaba Group, completely exited the company by offloading its 5.84 per cent stake worth Rs 3,981 crore. Meanwhile, Societe Generale picked up 67.5 lakh shares at Rs 1,067.5 per share, aggregating Rs 720.56 crore. My Asian Opportunities Master Fund also acquired 35 lakh shares for Rs 373.6 crore at the same price. Aditya Infotech saw Invesco Mutual Fund purchase 9.8 lakh shares at Rs 1,023.57 per share, taking the total transaction value to Rs 100.8 crore. Laxmi India Finance witnessed a sell-off by BofA Securities Europe SA, which offloaded 3.54 lakh shares at Rs 141.12 apiece. Block Deals Lloyds Engineering Works was in the spotlight after Thriveni Earthmovers acquired 14.2 lakh shares—representing 0.1 per cent of paid-up equity—at Rs 70.5 per share. At 8:10 am, the GIFT Nifty Futures were trading down marginally by 17 points at 24,767, indicating a flat or slightly negative opening. Here are stocks to watch for today's trading session: Bosch Auto component major Bosch delivered a stellar performance in Q1FY26 with consolidated net profit rising 140 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,115.3 crore from Rs 465.4 crore. Revenue climbed 10.9 per cent to Rs 4,788.6 crore, up from Rs 4,316.8 crore last year. The quarter also included an exceptional gain of Rs 556 crore, compared to none in the same period last year. Azad Engineering Azad Engineering posted a strong Q1FY26, with net profit soaring 73.6 per cent to Rs 29.7 crore compared to Rs 17.1 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Revenue rose 39.3 per cent to Rs 137.1 crore from Rs 98.4 crore. Auto tech company Sona BLW registered a 12.1 per cent drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 124.7 crore in Q1FY26, compared with Rs 142 crore a year ago. Revenue declined 4.2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 853.9 crore from Rs 891.2 crore. Siemens Energy India In Q3FY25, Siemens Energy India saw its profit surge 80 per cent to Rs 263 crore from Rs 146 crore a year earlier. Revenue grew 20 per cent to Rs 1,785 crore, while new orders shot up 94 per cent to Rs 3,290 crore. Godfrey Phillips India The company posted a 55.9 per cent rise in profit for Q1FY26 at Rs 356.3 crore, compared to Rs 228.6 crore in Q1FY25. Revenue rose 36.5 per cent to Rs 1,486.2 crore from Rs 1,088.4 crore during the same period. Triveni Turbine Triveni Turbine's Q1 performance declined year-on-year, with net profit falling 19.4 per cent to Rs 64.5 crore from Rs 80 crore, while revenue slipped 20 per cent to Rs 371.3 crore from Rs 463.3 crore. Aurobindo Pharma Aurobindo Pharma reported a 10.2 per cent decline in consolidated profit for Q1FY26, which came in at Rs 824.2 crore versus Rs 918.2 crore in the same quarter last year. The company, however, recorded a 4 per cent revenue growth to Rs 7,868.1 crore from Rs 7,567 crore. Kansai Nerolac Paints Paint major Kansai Nerolac saw its net profit decline 4.3 per cent to Rs 220.9 crore in Q1FY26 from Rs 230.8 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue rose marginally by 1.4 per cent to Rs 2,162 crore. Delta Corp Gaming company Delta Corp posted a 35.9 per cent jump in net profit to Rs 29.5 crore in Q1FY26, up from Rs 21.7 crore in Q1FY25. Revenue inched up 3.5 per cent to Rs 184.2 crore from Rs 178 crore. GPT Infraprojects GPT Infraprojects registered a 40 per cent growth in Q1FY26 net profit to Rs 23.5 crore, compared to Rs 16.8 crore last year. Revenue rose 29.3 per cent to Rs 312.6 crore from Rs 241.7 crore. Inox India Inox India reported a 16.1 per cent increase in Q1FY26 profit to Rs 61.1 crore, compared to Rs 52.6 crore a year earlier. Revenue rose 14.6 per cent year-on-year to Rs 339.6 crore from Rs 296.4 crore. Kaynes Technology is likely to see stock movement after its subsidiary, Kaynes Circuits India, signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu. The agreement outlines an investment plan of Rs 4,995 crore over six years for building new manufacturing infrastructure and expanding existing capacity. One 97 Communications (Paytm) According to a CNBC-TV18 report citing sources, Antfin, owned by Alibaba Group, is likely to sell its entire 5.84 per cent stake in Paytm through block deals valued at around Rs 3,800 crore. As of June 2025, Antfin (Netherlands) Holding BV held this exact stake in the fintech major. Bulk Deals in Focus PSP Projects Adani Infra (India), part of the Adani Enterprises group, acquired 86.55 lakh shares, equivalent to a 21.83 per cent stake in PSP Projects, for Rs 553.92 crore at Rs 640 per share. Meanwhile, promoter Prahaladbhai Shivrambhai Patel offloaded 91 lakh shares at Rs 640.01 per share and an additional 6 lakh shares at Rs 625 per share, taking the total deal value for the 24.47 per cent stake to Rs 619.9 crore. Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Purnartha Investment Advisers, a PMS firm, picked up 5.8 lakh shares or a 0.6 per cent stake in the hospital chain at Rs 649.9 apiece, amounting to Rs 37.6 crore. Mainboard and SME IPO Listings Today Aditya Infotech and Laxmi India Finance are scheduled to debut on the mainboard on August 5, while Kaytex Fabrics is set to be listed on the SME platform.
