A21 Pembury: Man dies after exiting vehicle on dual carriageway
A man has died after he exited his vehicle on a dual carriageway and was struck by a car and a van, Kent Police has were called to the coastbound carriageway of the A21, between the A228 for Pembury and the B2160 for Matfield, just after 18:00 GMT on man, aged in his 40s, had been driving a white Isuzu pickup truck and trailer when his vehicle struck the central reservation a short distance away, the force he left his truck, he was struck by a grey Vauxhall Vivaro and a grey Skoda Kodiaq, it added.
Kent Police said medical crews attended but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been have appealed for witnesses and relevant dashcam footage to contact the force.
