Man attacked by gang armed with metal poles in Coleford
A man in his 60s suffered serious head injuries when he was was attacked outside a pub by a gang armed with metal poles victim is in hospital following the incident in Market Place, Coleford, in the Forest of Dean, at 14:30 GMT.A number of men reportedly exited several vehicles before attacking the man with the poles then driving away in convoy, Gloucestershire Police remain at the scene and are conducting enquiries in the area. Thornaby stabbing leads to two arrests

Murder inquiry under way after fatal stabbing in Hatfield
