Faisal Shaikh, also known as Mr. Faisu, has launched a new YouTube discussion program called Garammm Masala with Faisu. The format blends cooking with candid chats with celebrity guests. The show comes after Faisal participated in Celebrity Masterchef, where he developed his culinary talents that now play an important role in the show. For the second episode, Sanya Malhotra appeared on Faisal's show and while they cooked together, they discussed their careers as well.
Faisal Shaikh shared a short clip from the new episode on his Instagram handle. In the clip, Sanya and Faisal were seen cutting onions while discussing her career. Recalling her parents' reaction to her work, Sanya said, 'Maine kuch ads kare, to papa ne woh download kare aur pendrive mein dala tha. Ab ghar mein jo bhi aata tha, he used to make them sit at home and watch all my ads." Sanya added, 'Mein bachpan mein jo cheeze imagine kari thi ki main ye ye karungi apne life mein kahi na kahi kiya hai."
Faisal's show is a unique blend of a talk show combined with his culinary talents. Each episode features him preparing delectable dishes while conversing casually with guests from the entertainment and digital fields. Talking about the show, Faisal told BuzzInContent, 'After MasterChef, cooking became something I loved and we wanted to make a show that let me share that. But it had to be fun, real, and something you would want to watch on YouTube. Garammm Masala with Faisu is exactly that, with great food, great guests, and no filters."
Sanya Malhotra was last seen as the lead in Mrs, which received positive reviews. The film is a remake of the 2021 Malayalam film The Great Indian Kitchen, which follows a lady who marries into a patriarchal family. Moving ahead, Sanya is set to step into a brand-new role as she is all in an action-comedy. The announcement was made earlier this month. The film is being produced by Aagaaz Entertainment.
