Shah Rukh Khan to pay Rs 28800000 for another one year after he....

Shah Rukh Khan is not just an actor but an emotion to millions of people out there. Starting from a humble background, SRK climbed the ladder of success and went on to become the biggest actor in India. Over the years, the actor made a name for himself in the country, and not only that—he raked in moolah. Today, the actor is considered one of the highest-paid stars in the industry. Along with that, SRK owns one of the most luxurious bungalows in Mumbai—Mannat. Recently, the entire Khan family moved out of their luxurious bungalow due to renovation. Now, SRK's wife Gauri Khan has shared an update about the renovation. Gauri, who is an ace interior designer by profession, is now expanding her work from Mumbai to Delhi. Recently, Gauri launched her first Gauri Khan Designs experience centre in Delhi. In an interview with News18, Gauri shared details about Mannat's makeover. She revealed that the renovation work at Mannat is ongoing and is expected to be completed by next year. Due to the renovation, Shah Rukh Khan, along with wife Gauri Khan and their children (Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam), had to move out. They are currently living in a rented duplex in Bandra's posh Pali Hill. Reports claim that the family has leased the duplex and is paying Rs 24 lakh a month. The renovation plan for Mannat includes adding two new floors to the existing structure. Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat is a dream for every fan. With great sea-facing views, the house looks straight out of a dream. Equipped with all the luxurious amenities, Mannat has become a tourist hub for people visiting the city for the first time. Not just that, earlier, SRK's fans used to wait for hours outside Mannat just to get a glimpse of their favourite actor. Coming to Shah Rukh Khan's work front, the actor is currently working on his film King, which also features his daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan. A set of reports also claims that Shah Rukh Khan has been approached by Mythri Movie Makers—the same entertainment company that produced Allu Arjun's Pushpa. Reportedly, a deal has been finalised between the two for a pan-India release, and further reports claim that the actor has charged Rs 300 crore for his role. However, an official confirmation on the same is still awaited.

"Don't get lost in trends...": Gauri Khan shares advice for budding designers

New Delhi [India], June 10 (ANI): Gauri Khan is one of the leading interior designers in India. In a career spanning over 13 years, she has curated unique and aesthetically pleasing spaces for many clients, including Karan Johar's penthouse terrace, Falguni and Shane Peacock's stores and Ananya Panday's first home in Mumbai. Gauri's journey in this creative field began with renovating her own home, Mannat, where she discovered her passion for transforming spaces and giving them a beautiful touch. And since then, she has been winning hearts with her design prowess. Many aspiring designers look up to her as an inspiration. Interestingly, for them, Gauri shared valuable advice in an interview with ANI. Urging the budding designers never to lose their individuality, Gauri said, 'Stay true to your instincts and don't get lost in trends. Good design is timeless, and your individuality is your biggest strength.' Gauri also opened up about the important factors she keeps in mind before starting any project. 'I would say the first thing is to understand what the client needs, their story, and their lifestyle. I think every project needs to feel authentic to the people who will live in it,' she emphasised. Gauri, who often juggles multiple cities for work, surprised Delhiites on Tuesday with the launch of her first-ever Gauri Designs experience centre in the National Capital, which is a by-appointment only service. Sharing her vision behind creating this experience centre, Gauri explained, 'The idea was to create something immersive. I wanted it to feel like a home where you can walk through, touch, feel, and experience Gauri Khan Designs. Every piece, every corner, is designed to spark emotion and inspire imagination.' 'The lifestyle zones really stand out, as they allow one to see how the pieces fit into the real setting. And it is not just about showcasing furniture, it is also about creating stories through the space. Especially our customized furniture, it brings in freedom to co-create, it brings in freedom to co-create with clients,' she added. The Experience Centre has been envisioned as a curated home with a warm, elegant, and intimate aesthetic that brings Gauri Khan's celebrated design philosophy to life. Every corner, every piece, and every texture in the space reflects her distinctive blend of glamour, sophistication, and comfort. (ANI)
