Independence Day 2025: Delhi-Noida traffic diversion routes
The Gautam Buddh Nagar Traffic Police has released a detailed advisory regarding the movement of heavy, medium, and light goods vehicles in connection with the Full Dress Rehearsal of Independence Day on 12 August 2025 and the main celebration on 15 August 2025 in ON GOODS VEHICLESFrom 10:00 pm on August 12, 2025, until the completion of the Full Dress Rehearsal on August 13, 2025, and from 10:00 pm on August 14 2025 until the conclusion of Independence Day celebrations on August 15, 2025, entry of goods vehicles into Delhi will be restricted. This applies to all heavy, medium, and light goods carriers for security ROUTES FOR VEHICLESChilla Red Light (Border): Vehicles heading towards other states via Delhi should use Chilla Red Light U-turn Noida-Greater Noida Expressway Eastern Peripheral Expressway to reach their destination.
DND (Border): Vehicles should take DND Toll Plaza U-turn Noida-Greater Noida Expressway Eastern Peripheral Kunj Yamuna Bridge (Border): Vehicles should turn back from the Yamuna River before Underpass Tiraha Jhundpura Kheda Village Noida-Greater Noida Expressway Eastern Peripheral Expressway to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway: Vehicles going towards Delhi via Zero Point should use Pari Chowk P3 Kasna Sirsa Eastern Peripheral Chowk to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway: Follow P3 Kasna Sirsa Eastern Peripheral REQUEST FOR COOPERATIONThe Traffic Police has urged drivers to follow these diversions to avoid inconvenience.
