MAFS bride reveals new relationship after disastrous marriage played out on screen
MARRIED At First Sight UK star Peggy Lawrence has found herself a new man, after her bitter break-up with Georges Berthonneau. Peggy, 34, is moving on from her MAFS husband Georges, 32, after things turned sour between the pair. 5 5 5 The blonde beauty hasn't revealed the identity of her new man. It's her first romance after her previous relationship crumbled after she suspected Georges was unfaithful – something that he totally denied. Last autumn, Peggy revealed to The Sun she was seeing someone new, and now it looks like things are still going well. Taking to Instagram, she shared a video of herself cooking up a feast for her boyfriend. She teased fans by writing over the top of the short clip: "They say the way to a man's heart is his stomach." NEW ROMANCE Last September, Peggy told The Sun that she had started seeing a new man. She also revealed how he got on very well with her family, and her dad especially. Peggy explained that she looks for her dad's qualities in a man that she dates, and said she and her new beau are "both on the same page" when it comes to wanting a family and getting married. BAD ROMANCE Peggy shot to fame when she married Georges on Married At First Sight in 2023. After the show finished, the couple seemed to be going strong. However, things soon turned sour, with the pair revealing they had split on Valentine's Day last year. In a previous explosive interview with The Sun, Peggy hit out at her ex after their relationship came crumbling down – and insisted it was his decision to split. She said: 'Georges ended things with me on the 30th January so for him to come out and say he was blindsided by my Instagram post is a load of rubbish. "I wasn't going to say anything about what he put me through but enough is enough and everyone deserves to know the truth. 'I never wanted to do a story about our relationship. I wanted to remain dignified but after he made up all that rubbish about me, I just want everyone to know the truth. I was heartbroken.' Georges denies being unfaithful, with a source close to him at the time saying he didn't split with Peggy and "she just presumed". Peggy claimed she first thought he was cheating in December of last year when he took his ex-girlfriend to an event – and pretended she was a boy. She explained: 'Every time I'm out he tells me 'you must message me when you're home.' 5 "This night he never messaged me to say he was back at the hotel. 'I said 'shall I meet you at the hotel' and he was like, no, no, no I won't be back until late'. He messaged me the next morning apologising that he didn't message me. 'He denied spending the night with her. I was crying my eyes out. 'At this point I didn't know it was his ex-girlfriend!' 5

Curtis Pritchard hits back at MAFS UK star Georges Berthonneau's claims as he challenges him to a FIGHT amid Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu drama
Curtis Pritchard has challenged MAFS UK star Georges Berthonneau to a fight amid the ongoing Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu drama. Former E4 contestant Georges, 32, revealed to MailOnline in April that he had a secret relationship with Ekin, 30, and they remained committed to each other despite her appearance on Love Island: All Stars. In an exclusive interview, Georges claimed he and Ekin had agreed that if she stuck to a set of boundaries, she could appear on the Love Island spinoff to further her career, and they would go back to each other once the show had wrapped. But Georges says he was left devastated after the woman he loved started dating Curtis on national TV and the couple entered a relationship together. He then went on to accuse his ex-girlfriend of messaging him while she was in bed with current partner Curtis. Hitting back at the claims, Curtis, who is set to make his professional boxing debut on a Misfits card on May 16, told The Sun: 'Hey, if he wants to get in the ring with me, tell him to call me out and let's get in the ring. 'I'm focusing on the camp, I'm focusing on having fun with Ekin and that's all that matters to me. Any of the outside noise or outside stuff that's going on, I haven't got time to even let it settle into my brain.' He added: 'I don't even know what's going on. I can't be bothered with the whole situation of anything else, bar myself, Ekin and fighting right now.' It comes after Georges spoke on FUBAR Radio about his experiences with the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant, alleging the pair have exchanged messages since her stint in the South African villa. Georges said: 'On the day before my birthday, she was out with him that night, and they'd had an argument, and she was messaging me whilst he was asleep in bed with her being like, I need to see you. Blah, blah, blah, like, I've got the receipts on my phone.' Georges also revealed he would be happy to meet Curtis face to face to show him the 'receipts' of his alleged conversations with Ekin-Su since she left the show. MailOnline approached Ekin's representative for comment and they declined to comment on her behalf. Last month Ekin-Su and Curtis were hit by speculation they had split just two months after leaving the villa, but soon clarified they were still very much together. Reacting to the news, Curtis shared a video on Ekin-Su's Instagram Story on Monday to joke about the reported 'break up' as he revealed they had both simply been away for work. The dancer was seen with a black eye as he chilled on the sofa, before saying: 'Good day of boxing today, and yeah as you can see a little bit of a black eye but it's getting better.' 'Yeah apparently I'm now single as well, yes!' he added, as Ekin-Su could be heard laughing in the background. 'But unfortunately I've got back with my ex straight away,' he continued, as he leaned into Ekin-Su and showed her on camera. George first spoke about his secret 10-month relationship with Ekin-Su during her time on the ITV dating show in an exclusive interview with MailOnline last month. According to Georges, he and Ekin were in love, but she insisted on signing up to the ITV2 show to further her career. They agreed she would go no further than 'kissing' another Islander during her time on the dating series, of which she was the star signing. But Georges claimed Ekin betrayed him on national TV when she became Curtis' girlfriend, leaving him devastated. Speaking to us, Georges said he and Ekin had planned a future together, called each other pet names, holidayed in France during the summer and spent Boxing Day exchanging gifts, just 18 days before she entered the South African villa. The personal trainer says he lived a 'nightmare' for the five weeks Ekin was on the dating show as she passionately kissed Curtis, 29, and performed a seductive routine for him wearing sexy red lingerie during the programme's Heart Rate Challenge. But after Ekin shunned Georges once All Stars was over, only reaching out to him a week after the final, he finally ended their romance, saying: 'I can't be with someone who has another boyfriend…' Georges said: 'We were boyfriend and girlfriend from April last year. We were with each other. We spent Boxing Day together. 'She spent time with my family, she came to family events, she met my nephews, sister-in-law, uncles, everyone. I met her mum a couple of times and her brother. 'We said we loved each other after six weeks of dating... I fell in love with the girl. She used to call me Bear and I called her Olive because of her olive skin and that's one of her last messages to me, "I love you, my Bear." 'It was a super, super intense and intimate relationship... The heavyweight exhibition fight is a totally new tag team format that might take boxing purists some getting used to. Four fighters - Big Tobz, Curtis, Godson Umeh, and Tempo Arts - will battle it out over five, three-minute rounds. 4 Each boxer has two tap outs that they can use whenever they like, however they will be docked a point on the second tap. After the first three rounds, one fighter will be eliminated, then another will go after round four leaving just two to battle it out. Curtis said: "Truthfully, because it is quite a new concept, there ain't much to go off. So I've got some plans in my head of what the best way for me to do it, which I will not be saying. But it's a bit of a learning curve." Being on the same card as professional fighters like Darren Till and Darren Stewart is certainly helping to motivate the former Dancing With The Stars man. And he believes that, despite his freshness in the sport, he has what it takes to upset some experienced heads. "It's sick. Genuinely it's wild," he said. "I've always loved watching fights. I've always loved fighting as a sport. It's really interested me throughout my life, but I've never had time to do it. "Being at such a high level of dancing, like when I was performing and competing a lot, that took up my life. "I feel like once you get a mindset to become a high level of something, as long as you have that same mindset into something else, you become very good at it very fast." Ekin-Su will be cheering him on come fight night, though she's found it difficult watching him prepare. "She's come to a couple of sessions, sparring and stuff," said Curtis. "For anyone that's not in the fight game, just seeing somebody you really adore getting punched obviously isn't going to be very nice for you." "You hear her scream. We've got some videos of me sparring and then you can hear Ekin just like screaming. Then all of a sudden when I punch them she's like 'YEAH!' 100 percent she's going to be there." The transition to sportsman has given Curtis renewed drive following years on reality television, and he likens it to his pro dancing days. "When you come off a programme like Love Island, sometimes you can do 20 different things," he said. "And it's nice now to be focusing on one thing and actually getting myself back into a mindset of how it was when I was representing England, training every day, focus on this, get your sleep, get this, get that. It gives you that end goal and it gives you a real focus point. "I think a lot more people in life actually need to do that. I'm having to sleep more than ever, doing more exercise than ever. I bloody love it." MAFS UK star Georges' Ekin-Su claims Georges alleged that his relationship last year with Ekin-Su was "super intense and super intimate" and that they were "in love". He went on to say he'll NEVER forgive her for "cheating" on him.
