Ouch! Victoria's Secret model Georgia Fowler bleeds through a bandage on her arm at Cannes Film Festival

Georgia Fowler has made waves at the 78th Annual Cannes Film Festival thanks to her jaw-dropping fashion statements, but it appears the stunning model has suffered a nasty injury. The Kiwi model, 32, who has made multiple appearances this week at the high-profile event on the French Riviera, channelled movie star glamour on Thursday as she donned a silky floor-length gown at the amfAR Gala held at Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc. The sophisticated white dress bragged a high neckline and a one-sleeved design that bared her right arm where a blood-stained plaster was visible. She paired the sleek ensemble with gold Tiffany & Co. jewellery, sporting a $66,000 Elsa Peretti bone cuff and $10,400 Elsa Peretti high tide earrings. She finished off the look with a silver Elsa Peretti bean clutch in-hand. Slicking her hair back into a ponytail, her striking facial features stole the show as she walked the red carpet. This isn't the first time fans have gotten a glimpse of the forearm injury at the French film festival. Georgia also sported a bandage on her arm as she stepped out at The History of Sound premiere on Wednesday. The New Zealand model pulled out all the stops as she joined the A-list guest list for the glitzy event. A large plaster was once again seen on the back of her arm, just below her elbow. Georgia still stormed the red carpet in style and put on a very glamorous display in a sparkling black gown with a sequinned bodice and a fishtail skirt. Georgia Fowler sported a plaster on her arm as she stepped out at The History of Sound premiere at Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday. The New Zealand model, 32, pulled out all the stops as she sported a very glamorous ensemble while joining the A-list guest list for the glitzy event. But she appeared to have injured herself as she sported a large plaster on the back of one of her arms, just below her elbow. It is not known what the plaster was for and MailOnline has contacted Georgia's representatives for further comment. Other stars have debuted their new projects at Cannes this year, including Scarlett Johansson who unveiled her directorial debut Eleanor The Great on Tuesday night. Kirsten Stewart's directorial debut The Chronology of Water also premiered at Cannes to a four-minute standing ovation. Attracting more models and influencers than actors and filmmakers, the annual ceremony has seen an increase in risque red carpet fashion statements. But new nudity rules, devised for 'the sake of decency', have been implemented at this year's festival. According to organisers, the austere move is an attempt to stifle the celebrity trend for 'naked dresses' - namely provocative outfits that reveal considerably more than they conceal - on the red carpet. 'For decency reasons, nudity is prohibited on the red carpet, as well as any other area of the festival,' states a Cannes festival document. 'The festival welcoming teams will be obligated to prohibit red carpet access to anyone not respecting these rules.' It's understood that the iconic venue now adopts a more conservative dress code, with suits, dinner jackets and floor-length evening gowns generally favoured over headline grabbing ensembles. Classic black dresses, cocktail dresses, pant suits, dressy tops and elegant sandals, 'with or without a heel', will also be permitted. While the decision to implement a more stringent policy will be a first, it is not known if French TV broadcasters, wary of airing nudity, played a role in its enforcement.

Victoria's Secret model Georgia Fowler suffers wardrobe malfunction in VERY revealing dress as she attends A-list Met Gala after party

Georgia Fowler is no stranger to daring fashion moments after strutting down the Victoria's Secret runway. And the New Zealand model was dressed to the nines in a very racy frock as she attended one of the hottest Met Gala after parties on the season after the prestigious event in New York on Monday night. The 32-year-old looked stunning in a risque gown as she attended The After by Richie Akiva & Badius. The A-list shindig was hosted by Tyla and Doja Cat and held at Domingo in Manhattan. The model appeared to suffer a wardrobe malfunction as her very high cut gown showed off a little more than she bargained for. Georgia showcased lots of skin in the dress which had a large cut out along that also flaunted some side boob. The semi-sheer fabric also left little to the imagination as the leggy stunner posed alongside a friend in the gown, which bared a lot of skin thanks to a cutout at the side The semi-sheer fabric left little to the imagination as the leggy stunner posed alongside a friend. Georgia added to the outfit with gold accessories including a chunky cuff and a knotted necklace. For makeup, she chose a natural look with baby pink elements including a soft, rosy lipstick, while wearing her brunette locks down. Back in February 2024, Georgia welcomed her second child with husband Nathan Dalah. She announced the joyous news on Instagram with several black-and-white photos of herself and Nathan cradling their newborn son in hospital. Revealing the baby's name in the caption, Georgia wrote: 'Zeke Atlas Dalah. 15.2.24. You are so loved already little man.' Georgia's famous friends were quick to express their excitement, with fellow model Cheyenne Tozzi commenting: 'Congratulations you guys.' Models Shanina Shaik, Lily Aldrige and Jessica Gomes also shared their congratulations. The couple tied the knot during a gorgeous countryside ceremony on 27 January 2023. They exchanged vows at Hopewood House in the township of Bowral, in the NSW Southern Highlands. Among the attendees were the couple's fashion friends, including model Tahnee Atkinson, fashionista Rey Vakili and designers Sophie Coote and Nikki Campbell. Also attending was 'Australian tailor to the stars' Patrick Johnson and his wife Tamsin Johnson, an interior designer. The couple also share daughter Dylan, who they welcomed in September, 2021.
