Powys man denies Jaguar F-Pace drive while on cocaine
A Powys man will stand trial accused of driving while under the influence of cocaine.
Jonathan Howard, 47, pleaded not guilty to driving a Jaguar F-Pace while four times over the legal limit for the Class A drug when he appeared at Welshpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 1.
The prosecution claims that a test found that there was more than 240 microgrammes of benzoylecgonine in every litre of the defendant's blood. The legal limit is 50mcgms.

A two-hour trial was fixed to take place at Welshpool Magistrates' Court on September 3.
