New York Giants defeat Buffalo Bills, 34-25: Here's how Giants Nation reacted

The New York Giants opened their preseason with a 34-25 victory over the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park on Saturday. The win evened head coach Brian Daboll's all-time preseason record at 5-5, including 3-1 during the opening week. Although the result itself is meaningless, the Giants showed impressive life on offense with all four quarterbacks leading scoring drives. That's a feather in the cap of offensive coordinator Mike Kafka, who has reassumed play-calling duties. Most importantly, the Giants seemed to escape the game without any notable injuries. See it: New York Giants' Brian Burns, Wan'Dale Robinson violently collide at practice

A scary moment played out at New York Giants training camp on Friday that led many to hold their breath. During a drill shortly after a pre-planned water break, wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson and linebacker Brian Burns collided at full speed with a loud thud. Robinson was attempting to side-step a defender as Burns chased the play down from behind. Neither player saw the other until it was too late. A Giants Nation Podcast video shows the moment of the collision. An SNY video from the field failed to catch the actual collision, but did record audio of the hit and subsequent reaction. After the thud, coaches, players, and fans gasp as trainers rushed onto the field. Both players were shaken up and remained on the ground for several moments. Eventually, trainers escorted Robinson to the sideline and Burns to the locker room. More to come...
