EA FC Mobile leaks hint at new Heroes players: Fàbregas, Cambiasso, Gilberto Silva and more set to join the roster
A new set of Heroes is reportedly coming soon to EA FC Mobile, according to a reliable leak by Mazen (@MazenFCM) on X (formerly Twitter). In a recent post, the well-known data miner hinted at a list of footballing legends expected to be added to the Hero Chronicles lineup, that might soon be available in the game. While an official announcement from EA is still pending, the visual shared by Mazen includes nine new Hero cards, each featuring some of the most iconic names in world football. The leak suggests these players will be part of an upcoming Hero Chronicles update, with no official release date confirmed yet. EA FC Mobile leak hint at the possible upcoming new hero players' list Here's a breakdown of the leaked Heroes, their expected positions, and expected overall ratings as seen in the shared image: Cesc Fàbregas (CM) - 107 OVR Esteban Cambiasso (CDM) - 107 OVR Gilberto Silva (CDM) - 107 OVR Mario Mandžukić (ST) - 106 OVR Andrea Barzagli (CB) - 105 OVR Marouane Fellaini (CM) - 105 OVR Michael Carrick (CM) - 105 OVR Jan Koller (ST) - 105 OVR Each of these new entries represents a mix of tactical brilliance and iconic moments from football history. From Fàbregas' playmaking mastery and Gilberto Silva's defensive intelligence to the sheer physical presence of Koller and Mandžukić, this lineup will likely bring a new level of depth and nostalgia to the Heroes roster. What this could mean for EA FC Mobile players The possible addition of these players is a significant expansion for the Hero Chronicles program, which has been steadily growing with new themed cards throughout the season. Notably, the high OVR ratings-topping out at 107-indicate that these cards could be key assets in squad-building, especially for users looking to strengthen their midfield and attack with legends of the game. Moreover, the leak shows EA Sports' strong focus on CMs and STs, possibly hinting at upcoming formations or tactical event challenges where these cards could play a crucial role. For now, fans must take this information with a pinch of salt and will need to stay tuned to the official EA FC Mobile channels for the confirmation. But if this leak holds true, EA FC Mobile players can soon expect a new set of powerful choices in the EA FC Mobile Heroes chapter. Game On Season 1 continues with Mirabai Chanu's inspiring story. Former Arsenal star, 38, so unrecognisable that even Sky Sports commentators 'fail to recognise' him
A former Arsenal star went undetected by Sky Sports commentators - due to his unrecognisable new look - as he watched the side beat Newcastle 1-0 on Sunday. The Gunners secured Champions League football for a third consecutive season after a narrow victory over the Magpies courtesy of Declan Rice 's 20-yard strike. A number of ex-Arsenal stars were spotted in the Emirates crowd on the day - with former Brazilian midfielder Gilberto Silva seen watching on from the stands. The 48-year-old wore an Arsenal scarf as he took in the afternoon's action and was shouted out by Sky Sports commentator Peter Drury on the day. Drury made note that the Brazilian arrived in north London after a 'stellar World Cup' 23 years ago - however the commentator failed to make mention of the other ex-Arsenal star sat beside Silva. Former Arsenal defender Johan Djourou was sat alongside Silva for the clash against the Magpies but went unnoticed thanks to his unrecognisable new look. Djorou - who made 140 appearances for the Gunners during his time at the club - now sports a new haircut style and beard - far different from his days on the pitch. Taking to X to comment on the situation, one fan wrote: 'Crazy commentators ..he recognised Gilberto but didnt Know Johan Djourou'. Another wrote: 'Drury didn't recognise Johan Djourou there, and fair enough'. 'Commentator acknowledges Gilberto Silva sitting in the stand watching the game but failed to recognise Johan Djourou as a former player of Arsenal. Really bad!', one user said. Djourou spent eight seasons with the Gunners during his playing career before eventually leaving to join German side Hamburg. Meanwhile, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has promised a big summer of transfers to make his side worthy Premier League title contenders next season. The manager confirmed at least 'four or five players' will be departing at the end of this season. They include Jorginho, who is joining Brazilian side Flamengo, and the Celtic-bound Kieran Tierney. Fans were quick to point out that Peter Drury 'failed to recognise' the former defender Loanees Neto and Raheem Sterling are also going, with Oleksandr Zinchenko expected to depart, too. He said: 'Obviously we need players because the squad is really short, and on top of that we are losing four or five players that are going to end contracts, and their loans are finished. 'So, we need to be sharp. Again, very disciplined in what we want to do, and make sure that we are strong in the next season.' When asked how big the summer ahead is, he said: 'Finish the season, go to the beach and make sure the ones upstairs (hierarchy) do what they need to do.'
