But bosses have now revealed that one of its venues in a busy shopping centre has officially closed. Staff at the pancake restaurant in The Centre in Livingston served customers for the final time on Saturday. The reason for the closure is currently unclear. However, bosses thanked loyal staff and customers for their support over the years as they announced the news on social media. Stack and Still posted: "We want to let you know that our Livingston restaurant has now closed. "A huge thank you to all our amazing customers who've joined us there over the years. "We've loved serving you every stack, shake, and smile. "You can still get your Stack and Still fix at any of our other locations. We'd love to welcome you at one of these spots soon for your next stack". Followers have flocked to the comments to share their disappointment, with many saying the closure came as a shock. The Glasgow-based firm has six other venues across the country, two of which are in Edinburgh, at Hanover Street at Bonnie & Wild, and a third in Braehead shopping centre in Renfrewshire. The other three are located in Glasgow, with one on West George Street, the other at the Fort Retail Park and the third inside Glasgow Airport. Stack & Still was launched in Glasgow back in 2018 by Paul Reynolds and Graham Swankie. The company already employs over 150 people and serves up over 10,000 pancakes each day across the UK. The menu also allows for nearly 12 million different combinations of pancakes with its extensive range of options.
