Reward over Leeds nightclub attack causing man's hearing loss

A reward for information has been offered following an assault in a nightclub bathroom which left a man with permanent hearing victim suffered a serious head injury when he was attacked and left unconscious in Popworld on Cookridge Street, Leeds, at about 00:00 GMT on 15 December, according to West Yorkshire Crimestoppers charity has offered up to £2,500 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the man's Gibbs, Crimestoppers regional manager, said: "You may think your information is insignificant. However, it could make all the difference." "There are likely witnesses who have information about this assault and know who was responsible," she added."I would like to urge them to speak to our charity 100% anonymously, so whoever is responsible can be brought to justice."Crimestoppers said it could not trace people's calls or IP addresses and guaranteed the anonymity of anyone who got in West Yorkshire Police has released an image of a man officers said they wanted to speak to in connection with the Con Glyn Gill, leading the inquiry, said: "We are continuing to investigate this serious incident which has left the victim with lasting damage."In particular we are appealing to anyone who can help us identify the man pictured in the CCTV image who we want to speak to in connection with this incident."
