Search underway after man possibly drowns in Metro Vancouver lake
The search continues for a man who possibly drowned in Alouette Lake in Golden Ears Provincial Park Thursday evening.
According to RCMP, the man fell off a paddleboard just before 7 p.m. and did not resurface.
Search and rescue volunteers deployed to the area but did not find the individual that night.
Police say crews will continue looking Friday and an RCMP helicopter will search from above.
The Ridge Meadows RCMP said it would not provide further details at this time.
