Today, the company is turning up the iron. The new headquarters houses a fully equipped innovation center featuring a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, dedicated R&D lab for irons and mixes and a training academy for culinary teams and kitchen operators. Upgraded AV technology enables virtual product cuttings with customers and chefs, while expanded conference rooms and an employee break space support both creativity and connection. The investment in the new HQ was made possible by leading private equity firm Arbor Investments, which acquired Golden Waffles in 2023.
