Kelly Ripa Ponders The Idea of Law School on ‘Live' After Mark Consuelos Tells Her She 'Should' Go: 'Do I Want To Be The World's Oldest Law Student?'
From Live to law? After Mark Consuelos debriefed Kelly Ripa and Wednesday's Live with Kelly and Mark on his night attending Good Night, and Good Luck on Broadway, Ripa told her husband and co-host that she's 'glad [he] had fun last night.' 'I had fun without you,' she teased. Consuelos replied, 'Oh, I'm sure. Let me guess, the Karen Read trial, retrial of the retrial of the coverage.' After Ripa told Consuelos he was 'correct,' Consuelos asked whether she 'glean[ed]' anything from tuning in the night before. 'Nothing new,' Ripa shared. 'I just literally watched court TV all night.' Consuelos asked, 'What are you going to do when the trial is over in a couple weeks?' Ripa said, 'I'm going to roll into whatever the next trial is that they're going to serve me.' However, Consuelos then gave Ripa some food for thought, proposing that she 'should go to law school.' Ripa explained, 'You know what I said to myself? I really did miss my calling as a judge, jury, and attorney.' Consuelos joked, 'And I would say executioner, as well.' While Ripa quipped that she is 'both prosecution and defense simultaneously,' Consuelos doubled down on his earlier proposal. 'Maybe that's what you should do,' he said. 'You should get your law degree.' Ripa asked, 'You think?' Consuelos and a member of the audience insisted that 'it's not too late,' but Ripa still had some other preoccupations. 'Do I want to be the world's oldest law student? I don't know,' she added. Although Consuelos assured her that she 'wouldn't be,' Ripa continued, 'And once I fail the Bar Exam, you know, the tabloids in New York would pick it up.' Consuelos replied, 'You won't fail it. I know you. You're whip-smart.' Ripa concluded on a more optimistic note, letting out a breath and telling viewers, 'We'll see.' 'Never say never. Although I say never all the time,' she teased. Live with Kelly and Mark airs on weekdays. Check out their website for your local listings.

George Clooney makes unbelievable claim about marriage to wife Amal
George Clooney made a shocking declaration that marriage is 'easy' and that he and wife, Amal, still have never fought after a decade together. Two years after telling Gayle King that communication in his marriage to the human rights lawyer is 'the easiest thing by far' and that they'd 'never had an argument,' the Wolfs actor, 63, doubled down on the claim. 'I remember we were here with you once before, and I remember we said we'd never had an argument,' he told King during a Monday interview on CBS Mornings. 'We still haven't,' he continued. 'We're trying to find something to fight about!' 'I feel so extraordinarily lucky to have met this incredible woman,' continued the Oscar winner. 'And I feel as if I hit the jackpot. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't think I'm the luckiest man in the world. So it's great.' George and Amal appeared together on the program in 2022, when the topic first arose with the talk show host. 'It's maddening to some of our friends,' Amal said at the time. 'I have a cousin, actually, every time we see him he's like, his first question is, 'So have you had an argument yet?' before he says 'hello.'' An incredulous King then asked if the couple had 'seriously' never argued, to which George jokingly replied, 'Would you like us to now? Would that make you feel better?' Amal largely chalked the perfect pairing up to good fortune. 'It's 99 per cent luck just to meet the right person,' she told King, adding that they strive not to be 'cynical' or 'guarded' with each other in order to avoid conflict. George married the human rights lawyer, 47, in a star-studded ceremony attended by Matt Damon and Emily Blunt in Venice, Italy, in 2014. The couple subsequently welcomed twins Ella and Alexander in 2017. 'Our kids are 7, about to be 8, which is a pretty great age,' George told King during Monday's episode. 'They're really curious and funny. Every parent thinks their kids are great. Our kids are funny and make us laugh.' This isn't the first time the actor, who is currently starring in Good Night, and Good Luck on Broadway, has gushed about his wife. When asked by Page Six in 2023 if he thought he was 'punching above' his weight with his accomplished wife, he admitted, 'Yes, and I still do [think that].' 'Everyone would say the same thing,' he laughed.
