Pay: $13.00 – $15.60 an hour
Job Duties include:
Educate customers and the community about the mission and vision of the organization. Meet store production requirements and standards on a daily basis. Utilize Kaizen to create a steady production flow of donations to the sales floor and to keep production/dock areas clear of donation build up. Promote a safe working/shopping environment. Enforce security and loss prevention procedures. Assist in training, supervising and scheduling store personnel.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have knowledge of proprietary software as needed. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Bilingual skills a plus.
