In a world of clickbait fitness trends, actors Gourab Chatterjee, Sean Banerjee and Anindya Chatterjee are cutting through the noise with routines rooted in balance, consistency, and self-awareness.
From lifting heavy to indulging mindfully, the trio joined Calcutta Times for an exclusive fitness shoot at OffBeat Strength,and also opened up about what strength, discipline, and recovery mean to them.

I've partied hard and also eaten like there's no tomorrow at one point, but the workout high can't match the others
