T.N. board supplementary exam results for Classes 10, 11 to be announced on July 31
Results for the Tamil Nadu State Board supplementary exams held for Classes 10 and 11 will be announced on July 31, the School Education Department said on Wednesday. According to a press release, students can access their results at from 2.30 p.m. onwards, and can also download their provisional certificates. The supplementary exams were held from the first week of July. Candidates can download a copy of their answer sheet application from the website and submit the filled one to the office of the Assistant Director of Government Examinations of their district from August 4. Only candidates who received a copy of their answer sheet would be eligible for re-evaluation, the release added.

TN SSLC Result 2025: DGETN Class 10 answer sheet downloading begins tomorrow at dge.tn.gov.in
Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu will open the window to download the TN SSLC Result 2025 answer sheet copy from June 13, 2025 onwards. Candidates who have appeared for Class 10 board examination in the state can download the answer sheets through the official website of DGE TN at The link to download a copy of the answer sheets will remain open until June 17, 2025. Candidates must register using their roll numbers and date of birth to download the answer sheet. Candidates can follow the steps to download the answer sheet copy. 1. Visit the official website of DGE TN at 2. Click on TN SSLC Result 2025 answer sheet link available on the home page. 3. A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the login details. 4. Click on submit and your answer sheets will be displayed. 5. Make the payment of application fee and download it. 6. Keep a hard copy of the same for further need. Once the answer sheets are downloaded, incase candidates want to apply for retotalling or revaluation they can do it through the official website. Candidates should fill the application form, take 15 copies and submit it to the office of the concerned District Assistant Director of Government Examinations between June 16 to June 18, 2025. The fee for re-counting and revaluation should be paid in cash to the office of the District Assistant Director of Government Examinations. Candidates who wish to apply for re-counting or revaluation in Tenkasi, Iranipet, Tirupattur, Kallakurichi, Chengalpattu and Mayiladuthurai districts should submit the application forms to the office of the concerned District Principal Educational Officer and pay the applicable fee in cash. The application fee to apply for re-evaluation is ₹505/- for each paper. For re-totalling, candidates will have to pay fee of ₹205/- for each paper.

SSC advanced supply exam hall tickets released
Hyderabad: The Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, announced on Tuesday that hall tickets for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, scheduled to begin on June 3, have been uploaded on the official website, Officials stated that candidates should contact their respective headmasters to pay the examination fee and collect their hall tickets. A total of 42,832 students (26,286 boys and 16,546 girls) will be appearing for the SSC and OSSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations in June 2025, across 150 examination centres in the State. Hall tickets along with printed nominal rolls have been dispatched to all schools, and students are required to collect their hall tickets from their respective headmasters.

Advanced Suppl Exams from June 3
The Director said the advanced supplementary exams are scheduled from June 3 to 13 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. Students who failed in one or more subjects in the public examinations should pay examination fees on or before May 16. Candidates should pay a late fee of Rs 50, which is up to two days before the commencement of the examinations in their subjects concerned. Students, who wanted recounting or reverification, should pay Rs 500 per subject within 15 days from the date of publication of results. They can also apply for recounting of marks directly to the office of the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana.

SSC results: Telangana records 92.78% pass rate, girls excel
Telangana's girls have done it again. Proving their academic mettle, girl students outperformed boys in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) public examinations 2025, the results of which were declared on Wednesday. Of the 5,09,564 registered candidates, 5,07,107 appeared for the exams held from March 21 to April 3, including 10,733 private candidates. Regular candidates recorded an overall pass percentage of 92.78%, while private candidates achieved a pass rate of 57.22%, according to the director of Government Examinations. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, along with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar and Education Secretary Yogita Rana, released the results in a brief ceremony at Ravindra Bharati. Running nearly 90 minutes behind schedule, the SSC results were finally made accessible to students around 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday via the official websites — and The login password was quietly shared with the press, marking the release with a brief and largely symbolic gesture. Director of School Education E.V. Narsimha Reddy noted that the overall pass percentage had improved from 91.31 last year to 92.78 this year. Telangana's residential schools led the way with a remarkable 98.79% pass rate, while institutions run by the BC, Social Welfare, Tribal Welfare, Minority, Model, Ashram, and KGBV departments recorded a success percentage higher than the State average. The DGE's tabulated report offered deeper insights into this year's SSC performance. Among 1,306 students with special needs who appeared for the exams, 93.57% cleared them. Of the 11,554 schools across Telangana, 4,629 recorded a perfect 100% pass rate. Mahabubabad district topped the charts with a stellar 99.29% pass rate, while Vikarabad fell to the bottom with just 73.97%. Among districts with the highest number of examinees, Medchal (47,235 students) posted a 90.76% pass rate, Hyderabad (73,911) stood at 88.53% and Ranga Reddy (51,671) at 87.84%. The data also revealed a clear medium-wise trend: students writing the exam in English performed the best with a 94.01% pass rate, followed by those in other regional languages (92.21%), Urdu (87.72%), and Telugu (83.46%). English remained the dominant choice, with over 4.35 lakh students — nearly 88% — opting for it as their medium of instruction. Unlike the past few years, in the memorandum of marks, the DGE issued subject-wise internal marks, external marks, total marks and overall result, along with subject-wise result and subject-wise grades. Only grades were awarded for co-curricular activities such as physical education, value education & life skills, arts & culture, and work & computer education. The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be conducted between June 3 and June 13, from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. The last date for paying the required fee to headmasters concerned is May 16. Students can also apply for recounting of marks at ₹500 per subject by May 15, directly at the office of the DGE, Hyderabad. The DGE said students seeking re-verification of their subjects can apply online through their school headmaster by paying ₹1,000 per subject. Re-verification includes re-totalling of marks, checking if all answers have been evaluated and correctly recorded, and evaluating any unmarked responses. Those applying for re-verification do not need to apply separately for recounting.
