Tralee Food Festival ‘Taste Trail' with a Greenway twist – ‘It's a new layer of discovery and fun'
Sponsored yet again by Cara Credit Union, the Taste Trail continues to shine a spotlight on Tralee's fantastic restaurants, cafés, and food producers that is now set to hit Tralee-Fenit Greenway!
For the first time, the 2025 Taste Trail will extend along the popular local greenway, inviting festival-goers to hop on their bikes or enjoy a scenic walk or cycle while discovering delicious food stops along the route.
The 'Greenway Taste Trail' offers a new way to experience local flavours while encouraging people to explore more of what the stunning region has to offer.
Festival goers are encouraged to sample dishes from participating restaurants and cafés, both in Tralee town centre and along the greenway.
However, the experience doesn't stop with food as festival attendees are encouraged to make a day of it by linking up with local activity providers in Fenit. Whether it's paddle boarding, kayaking, or simply taking in the sea air – the adventure pairs perfectly with a day of great food.
All involved at Cara Credit Union is once again delighted to support this annual celebration of local food businesses and community spirit. Pa Laide, CEO of Cara Credit Union, said the Taste Trail has always been a highlight of the festival, and they are 'thrilled' to take this support even further – along the greenway.
