Ramadan 2025: Eagle Films finally responds on stealing 'Bi Al Dam' idea

Ramadan 2025 "Bi Al Dam" series made the headlines since the first day it was released after a Lebanese woman went online to claim writer Nadine Jaber took the series' idea from her real story.
The real story is believed to be of a Lebanese woman named Greta Al-Zaghbi, who had previously shared her story in searching for her biological parents after she discovered that those who had taken care of her and fostered her were not her family following a blood test.

The lady posted a video online where she talked about the work and expressed her anger claiming the writer of the successful Ramadan series stole her real story and turned it into a series without her permission. Eagle Films Production responds to allegations against 'Bi Al Dam' series:
Eagle Films issued an official statement denying these allegations, stressing that the work is not based on a personal story, but rather a social drama that addresses a public issue.
In its statement, the company explained that its lawyer personally contacted Ms Greta Al-Zaghbi and presented her with the script for the series, allowing her to confirm that it had no connection to her personal life.
The statement emphasized that the work was not inspired by any specific story, but rather revolves around the issue of identity and belonging.
