Most recently, Taylor celebrated the birthday of the second-oldest of his seven children, 20-year-old Penelope, of whom the Hanson song, Penny & Me, is written about. Taylor took to Instagram to post a sweet selfie with himself and Penny, where he is wearing dark shades and a blue t-shirt. "My heart is too full to measure. My Penny is 20," Taylor captioned the post from April 12.
