He visited the shrine for a grand All India Mushaira held on Friday. Hazrat Baba Tajuddin (HBT) Dargah Trust chairman Pyare Khan had informed Pratapgarhi that a few days ago, Union minister Nitin Gadkari also visited the shrine. While reciting his poetry, Pratapgarhi said, "This is the land of Veer Shivaji and Babasaheb Ambedkar, this soil carries the fragrance of Baba Tajuddin. From this soil will grow crops of love and faith." Renowned and celebrated poets from across the country participated in the event. Pratapgarhi presented one beautiful couplet after another in his captivating style. A large crowd gathered to listen to Pratapgarhi's poetry. Before reciting one of his compositions, Pratapgarhi remarked that Allahabad is the land where the Ganga and Yamuna rivers meet, a confluence of rivers, while Nagpur is the place where one witnesses the confluence of cultures, religions, and literature. Pratapgarhi stated that the love and blessings he received from the audience on literary platforms led him to the Parliament of the country. He expressed confidence that although he entered politics, he will never allow the voice of the common people, which he consistently raised through literary platforms, to be suppressed. Other renowned poets, including Mashhar Afridi, Arif Saifai, Shaista Sana, Manika Dubey, Junaid Akhtar, Bilal Saharanpuri, Hamid Bhusawali, and Sameer Kabir, also mesmerised the audience with their beautiful poetry.
