The agreement was signed by Kudumbashree executive director H Dineshan and ICAR-CTCRI director G Baiju at a ceremony held at Central Tuber Crops Research Institute in Sreekariyam.
This is the first agreement under the

Under this agreement, Kudumbashree will receive 12 technologies focused on value addition and food processing of tuber crops, including techniques for making cookies, kulfi, muffins, snacks, pasta and jelly using cassava and sweet potatoes.
In the coming weeks, Kudumbashree aims to acquire additional technologies from seven other leading agricultural research institutions in India, creating a repository of 180 technologies to launch products by Onam.
