Some fans may recognize her from shows like Rico to the Rescue and 100 Day Hotel Challenge. This year's HGTV Smart Home is located in sunny San Antonio, Texas, and it's more than just a stylish house. It's a dream prize! The newly renovated, fully furnished midcentury-meets-modern abode includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and impressive indoor-outdoor spaces that are basically begging for backyard BBQ hangouts. As for the cherry on top? The winner doesn't just get the house. They'll also receive a brand new 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC Plug-In Hybrid SUV AND $100,000 in cash (!!!).
