Ashley Tisdale Said Her 4-Year-Old Daughter's Intense 'High School Musical' Obsession Is Taking Over Her Life, And I'm Loving Every Detail
Everyone remembers their first time watching Sharpay Evans bop to the top on the East High stage, and for this young High School Musical fan, that pivotal life experience is hitting a lot closer to home. Having played Sharpay in HSM, Maddie in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, and Candace in Phineas and Ferb, Ashley Tisdale is nothing short of a Disney legend. And even after all these years, it sounds like her fanbase is continuing to grow. For context, Ashley shares two daughters with her husband, Christopher French, and in a new TikTok, she revealed that their oldest girl, four-year-old Jupiter, has developed a 'sweet' but rather intense obsession with all three of the HSM movies, which — not to make you feel old — came out in 2006, 2007, and 2008. 'I don't know what kind of karma this is, but Jupiter saw my niece in High School Musical the play last weekend,' Ashley began, stating that her daughter had watched the movies before, but only now is she truly obsessed. 'I think seeing my niece in the play, play me, has just changed her.' As per Jupiter's request, Ashley said they've been rewatching 'all three movies' and blasting the soundtrack on a regular basis. 'She will not stop listening to the music,' she said, laughing. 'It's playing in the house right now. When I'm on walks with her, she asks for me to play it, when I'm in the car, she asks for me to play it. Specifically, High School Musical 2.' 'It's really sweet,' Ashley told fans, 'but after like, a good week straight of listening to the music again, it's like, OK, we're good. We don't need to watch this again.' Related: Donald Trump's Apparent Baldness Is Going Viral In A New Photo Hilariously, Jupiter's favorite song from the franchise is apparently 'Humuhumunukunukuapua'a' from High School Musical 2, which, as true experts will know, is one of the lesser-known tracks, because it was actually a deleted scene. 'I hate that song,' Ashley joked. I don't know about you, but if my mom starred in the most iconic movie musicals ever made (argue with yourself), I'd sure want the world to know about it — and it sounds like Jupiter shares the same view. 'She screams out in public, 'I'm Sharpay's baby!'' Ashley said, cringing at herself. 'Like I can't. I just feel so embarrassed when I'm walking into a store, and she's like, 'We're all in this together,' And I'm like, 'Oh, my God.'' Despite making me feel suuuuper old, this is genuinely adorable, and in the comments section, fans are praising little Jupiter for having incredible taste and using her nepotism correctly. Related: 28 Celeb Facts That Feel Like They're Made Up But Are Shockingly Real I'm also obsessed with the sheer number of people who have pointed out that Jupiter should consider asking her mom to do some live performances at home. If it were me, I'd be demanding that she get Lucas Grabeel over to recreate the entire 'I Want It All' performance from HSM3. Better yet, why don't you call Zac Efron and get him to sing 'Bet On It' in the backyard? Jupiter, the power is in your hands. You can watch Ashley's full TikTok here. Samuel Heath & Sons (LON:HSM) Will Be Hoping To Turn Its Returns On Capital Around
If we're looking to avoid a business that is in decline, what are the trends that can warn us ahead of time? When we see a declining return on capital employed (ROCE) in conjunction with a declining base of capital employed, that's often how a mature business shows signs of aging. This reveals that the company isn't compounding shareholder wealth because returns are falling and its net asset base is shrinking. In light of that, from a first glance at Samuel Heath & Sons (LON:HSM), we've spotted some signs that it could be struggling, so let's investigate. Our free stock report includes 2 warning signs investors should be aware of before investing in Samuel Heath & Sons. Read for free now. Return On Capital Employed (ROCE): What Is It? Just to clarify if you're unsure, ROCE is a metric for evaluating how much pre-tax income (in percentage terms) a company earns on the capital invested in its business. To calculate this metric for Samuel Heath & Sons, this is the formula: Return on Capital Employed = Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBIT) ÷ (Total Assets - Current Liabilities) 0.063 = UK£843k ÷ (UK£15m - UK£1.6m) (Based on the trailing twelve months to September 2024). Therefore, Samuel Heath & Sons has an ROCE of 6.3%. Ultimately, that's a low return and it under-performs the Building industry average of 13%. Check out our latest analysis for Samuel Heath & Sons AIM:HSM Return on Capital Employed May 8th 2025 While the past is not representative of the future, it can be helpful to know how a company has performed historically, which is why we have this chart above. If you'd like to look at how Samuel Heath & Sons has performed in the past in other metrics, you can view this free graph of Samuel Heath & Sons' past earnings, revenue and cash flow. How Are Returns Trending? We are a bit worried about the trend of returns on capital at Samuel Heath & Sons. Unfortunately the returns on capital have diminished from the 10% that they were earning five years ago. On top of that, it's worth noting that the amount of capital employed within the business has remained relatively steady. Since returns are falling and the business has the same amount of assets employed, this can suggest it's a mature business that hasn't had much growth in the last five years. So because these trends aren't typically conducive to creating a multi-bagger, we wouldn't hold our breath on Samuel Heath & Sons becoming one if things continue as they have. Our Take On Samuel Heath & Sons' ROCE In the end, the trend of lower returns on the same amount of capital isn't typically an indication that we're looking at a growth stock. Yet despite these concerning fundamentals, the stock has performed strongly with a 43% return over the last five years, so investors appear very optimistic. Regardless, we don't feel too comfortable with the fundamentals so we'd be steering clear of this stock for now.

People Are In Disbelief After Discovering Ashley Tisdale's Real Age Thanks To A Candid New TikTok, And The Comments Are Too Good
Hot Topic 🔥 Full coverage and conversation on Disney This is Ashley Tisdale. You probably know her best from her Disney days; she starred in fan-favorite films and TV shows like High School Musical, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure, to name a few. Today, Ashley — who is now mom to two little girls named Emerson and Jupiter with husband Christopher French — runs wellness brand Frenshe. Well, tons of internet users are currently in disbelief as they have only just discovered Ashley's real age. For context, Ashley was in her late teens and early 20s when she starred in Suite Life and HSM. And while it might feel like those beloved projects only came out a few years ago, it's actually been roughly two decades now — and Ashley is currently 39. Taking to TikTok, Ashley — who turns 40 on July 2 — shared a playful video using an 'aged' filter to joke about how she thought she'd look at age 40, before removing the filter to show her actual skin. 'Almost 40 and still feeling 25,' she wrote. Needless to say, fans were pretty shocked. 'I cannot fathom that you are 40, it seems like yesterday you were on suite life,' one person said. 'I'm sorry… you're almost 40? I refuse to believe it,' said another. '40!?!? Then how old am I?!?!?!?' someone wrote. 'I just googled it…. There's no way you're 39. You literally look 25 (my age) lol,' another comment read. 'FOURTY ?!?! Girl you were just in high school musical yesterday ????' someone questioned, while more users begged Ashley to 'drop the skincare routine' immediately. Meanwhile, some users suggested that Ashley has potentially had cosmetic work. Over the years, the star has been open about getting a nose job to fix a deviated septum and getting breast implants, which she later got removed due to health issues. She has denied using Botox for cosmetic purposes, and has only had it to help the pain she gets from TMJ — aka temporomandibular joint dysfunction — in her jaw. 'Girlypop either is gorgeous but let's not act like money didn't help and it's ok to normalize the 'how I thought I'd look' for people who can't afford cosmetic surgery,' one person commented under Ashley's TikTok. Another person wrote, 'I wish I had money.'
