HUTCH mobster James 'Mago' Gately and his long-term partner enjoyed a stroll together — weeks after he told the High Court they had split.
Hit survivor Gately, 38, and Charlene Lam, who has no involvement in crime, walked around Dublin's North Docklands and on to Fairview Park yesterday, enjoying a coffee.

Our snaps show them in relaxed form as they chilled out in the balmy holiday weekend weather.
The pair — who split up during a long-running CAB investigation into Gately's assets — have also both been seen accessing a city centre apartment over the past week despite Gately having previously claimed their relationship had ended.
The pair lost their home in Glin Drive in Coolock following the Criminal Assets Bureau case, where the High Court declared the gaff was 'overwhelmingly' the proceeds of crime.
Gately then ensured they ended up back before a judge when CAB seized the home on April 1 and found he had ripped out its stairs, kitchen, doors and other fittings, causing €95,000 worth of damage.
At the High Court in June, Gately claimed he had stripped the home in February while he was living there alone following his split from Ms Lam, with whom he has three children.
A source said: 'Gately and Lam are back in the city centre and have been spotted with one another on a few occasions since that court date.
'It is also known they have been accessing the same apartment in recent weeks.
'Gately himself is always being watched by the Gardai. But he hasn't come to any adverse attention since his return to the north inner city.'
Judge Alexander Owens said the home should be sold as soon as possible.

And he said it should be assessed to see what damage had been done to the value of the house, and that he would deal with the matter then.
He ruled that Ms Lam will get €11,000 back for legitimate mortgage payments on the home.
Gately bought the house in 2013 for €125,000. It was upgraded for up to €440,000 with a large two-story extension — which the judge described as a 'very high standard' renovation.
The couple were also stripped of a 132 VW Golf and a €4,400 Rolex.

The gangster has been living openly having spent years trying to dodge bullets from the Kinahan cartel, who twice tried killing him.
Gately was marked for death by Estonian hitman Imre Arakas in April 2017.
But the hit was foiled when Arakas was intercepted by the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau.
Weeks later, Caolan Smyth plugged Gately five times at a Dublin filling station, but he was saved by his bulletproof vest.
