The loved-up couple spent a relaxing evening at a private viewing of Bob Dylan: Point Blank exhibition at the Halcyon Gallery. Cruz, 20, looked happy to be beside his supportive partner Jackie, 29, amid reports of growing tension between the Beckham family. Last week, Cruz and Jackie sang his parents' Victoria and David's special song, Islands In The Stream, at the footballer's 50th birthday party. The party was attended by A-list stars including Tom Cruise while David and Victoria's children Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13, all attended, though their eldest son Brooklyn, 26, was notably absent. Jackie took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a heartwarming video of her and Cruz taking to the stage to belt out the song Victoria and David love for the crowds. The 1983 hit, by Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers, is well-known for being Victoria and David's favourite song and they danced to it at the end of the BECKHAM Netflix documentary. At the party, both Cruz and Jackie took on the vocals as they performed a melodic version of the popular song, while Cruz also played guitar. After finishing the song, Cruz leant in and gave Jackie a kiss on the neck while the crowds erupted into applause for the couple. Sharing the footage to Instagram, Jackie captioned the post: 'From 1 lova 2 anotha,' while Cruz added: 'Ah ahhhh,' both in reference to the song's famous lyrics. The family have been at the centre of a feud that has pitted Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz, 30, on one side, and the rest of the family on the other. Things came to a head when Brooklyn and Nicola were no shows at any of David's 50th birthday celebrations last week, with The Mail revealing that a rift with Nicola is at the centre of the breakdown in relations. Beckham family friends are also dismayed that Romeo's girlfriend Kim Turnbull has been made the 'scapegoat' in the feud. David is allegedly 'desperate to make amends with Brooklyn as he fears history is repeating itself' following his bitter fall out with his father Ted in 2005. The model, 39, who is expecting a baby girl with her billionaire businessman partner Archie Keswick, 44, looked incredible in the figure hugging long sleeved number. Poppy elevated her frame in a pair of towering gold heels and toted her belongings in a coordinated handbag. Styling her long blonde tresses in a neat up do, the socialite accessorised with a chunky pair of gold hoop earrings and a matching bangle. Poppy was all smiles as she posed for photos at the private viewing event which was held at Halcyon Gallery. It comes after Poppy admitted that she's struggling to get used to how her body is changing through her pregnancy, as she prepares to welcome her first child. The model discovered she was pregnant after noticing her clothing had gotten tighter between fittings for the Burberry show at London Fashion Week in September. However, she says she's still not got to grips with the ongoing changes to her figure in the months since, claiming she was 'one of the worst pregnancy dressers'. Poppy has launched her new clothing collaboration with Nobody's Child, inspired by her own looks over the years, with each piece named after her friends and family. She said: 'In my twenties, I would pretty much wear anything. I'm a bit more minimal, a little more pared down. I'd like to think my style attitude has evolved somewhat.' Poppy broke her silence on the split last September, saying she 'will always have a good relationship' with James.

A free exhibition of Bob Dylan's paintings is opening in London this week
May is turning out to be a big month for famous singers turning their attentions towards visual art. Just days after Mr Robbie Williams opened an exhibition of his 'radically honest' art at Mayfair tourist hotspot the Moco Museum, some guy called Bob Dylan is exhibiting his paintings at Bond Street's Halcyon Gallery. Opening on Friday May 9, Point Blank will feature 97 original paintings on paper, created between 2021 and 2022 and based on quick sketches that were then painted over. The isn't the first time the 84-year-old Nobel Prize-winning songwriter has swapped his guitar for some paintbrushes; Dylan has been working with the gallery for almost two decades, having staged several previous exhibitions at the space, including 2021's Deep Focus, a series of works mostly created during the 2020 lockdown. The freewheelin' musician – who was recently introduced to a new generation of fans via Oscar-nominated biopic A Complete Unknown – has also been the subject of several international exhibitions, including a major 2019 retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art in Shanghai. Speaking of the latest show, Halycon Gallery founder Paul Green said, 'It is nearly 18 years since Halcyon first started working with Bob Dylan and it has been an extraordinary experience to watch this cultural icon develop into such a critically revered and important visual artist so closely. This latest body of paintings feels like a more intimate connection to the artist than in any of his previous work and it is a great privilege to share them with the public for the first time.'

The Nobel Prize for Literature winner, 83, will bring 97 original works featuring characters, objects and scenarios to the Halcyon Gallery. His solo show Point Blank, which captures people playing instruments, couples, sportsmen and women, along with rooms and places, is based on original sketches created between 2021 and 2022. These drawings were then painted over with colours, to create "living, breathing entities that have emotional resonance, colours used as weapons and mood setters, a means of storytelling," Dylan says. "The idea was not only to observe the human condition, but to throw myself into it with great urgency," he said. The drawing studies show a mirror which displays a set of lips, a saxophonist looking introspectively at his instrument and a cowboy whose pistol hangs on his belt in front of a rising sun. Some of the drawings have been reworked as blue, red and neutral monochromatic studies, which may hark back to Pablo Picasso's early Blue Period. The Point Blank series started as a book of "quick studies" that also includes accompanying prose. Kate Brown, creative director at Halcyon, said: "These works on paper feel like memories, intangible windows into the life and imagination of one of the greatest storytellers who ever lived. "People who attend the exhibition will discover that they provoke stories from our imagination. We consider the circumstances of the protagonists and ponder our movement through the spaces that the artist depicts." Dylan previously had an exhibition at a Halcyon Gallery for his Drawn Blank Series, featuring graphite drawings he made while he was travelling between Europe and the Americas from 1989 to 1992 and later reworked with paint. He has said his works are a way to "relax and refocus a restless mind" amid busy touring schedules. Paul Green, president and founder of Halcyon, said: "It is nearly 18 years since Halcyon first started working with Bob Dylan and it has been an extraordinary experience to watch this cultural icon develop into such a critically revered and important visual artist so closely. "This latest body of paintings feels like a more intimate connection to the artist than in any of his previous work and it is a great privilege to share them with the public for the first time." Dylan, who has won 10 Grammys and been nominated 38 times, is one of the most acclaimed songwriters, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988. His songs have been recorded more than 6,000 times, with artists as varied as The Byrds, Jimi Hendrix and Adele finding both commercial and critical success with covers. Dylan began his career in 1962 with the single Mixed-Up Confusion, which failed to chart in Britain or the US - before hitting stardom with a string of singles in 1965, including The Times They Are A-Changin', Subterranean Homesick Blues and Like A Rolling Stone. This period of his newfound fame was recently covered in 2024 biopic A Complete Unknown starring Timothee Chalamet as the influential folk singer. It follows Dylan's early days in the 1960s, culminating in his controversial performance at the 1965 Newport Folk Festival, after he had gone electric, and was nominated for eight Oscars and six Baftas.
