Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan issues prospectus for Nomu IPO

Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. issued today, Aug. 11, the prospectus to list 4.2 million shares on the Nomu -Parallel Market. The offered shares represent 17.64% of its pre-IPO capital of SAR 240 million, divided into 24 million shares at SAR 10 per share.
