It was only days ago when actor Song Young Kyu (송영규) was reported to have been found dead inside a car at a residential complex in Yongin. On Tuesday (5th August), it was reported that singer Lee Min, a member of the female duo As One (애즈원), had passed away. She was 46 years old. According to Korean media, the artist was found deceased at her home. While details surrounding her death remain undisclosed, a statement from her agency, BRANDNEW MUSIC, revealed that it was Lee Min's husband who discovered her body upon returning home. 'The police are conducting an investigation. We ask that people refrain from excessive speculation until the results are released,' the statement read. According to reports, the K-pop star was still active in the industry right until her death. As One released a new single, 'Happy Birthday To You', in June, and Lee Min recently appeared on 'The Seasons: Park Bo-gum's Cantabile'. Friends and acquaintances told reporters that she had seemed to be enjoying her comeback activities when they met her recently. The vocalist's bandmate, Crystal, has yet to issue a statement. However, fans have been flooding her Instagram comments section with messages of condolence following the heartbreaking news. As One debuted back in 1999 with their single 'For You Not to Know'. The duo's last full-length album was 'Outlast' in 2016, but they still remained active with standalone singles.
