CM links ‘Tiranga' drive with swachhata, swadeshi campaigns
Bhopal: CM Mohan Yadav on Sunday said the upcoming "Har Ghar Tiranga" campaign should be tied to "Har Ghar Swachhata" drive and promotion of Made-in-India products. Chairing a review meeting here, Yadav urged organisers to plan high-impact activities and connect the campaign also with the military valour of Operation Sindoor to draw in young people. Directing for maximum public participation in "Tiranga Yatras", rallies, human chains, cycle rallies, bike rallies, rangoli competitions and cultural events with patriotic themes, he said that the national flag should be made easily available to the public. Speaking to commissioners, collectors, IGs and SPs via video-conferencing , he issued directions for close coordination with local representatives to ensure success of the campaign. He said the 'Har Ghar Tiranga', 'Har Ghar Swachhata' and 'Swatantrata Ka Utsav-Swachhata Ke Sang' campaigns were a pledge to spread patriotism, cleanliness and the spirit of swadeshi to every citizen. ‘Har Ghar Tiranga' to drive home patriotism, Swachhata
Chandigarh: To foster the spirit of patriotism and promote cleanliness, UT MC launched the 'Har Ghar Tiranga, Har Ghar Swachhata' campaign under the Swachh Bharat Mission Friday. The campaign features an exciting line-up of events, including a Tiranga fair, Tiranga concert, and widespread promotion of eco-friendly tricolours. Schools, public areas, and tourist spots will come alive with tricolour-themed rangolis, art, besides cleanliness drives, engaging youth and the community in a blend of culture and civic responsibility in the run-up to Independence Day. The Tiranga fair will spotlight local entrepreneurs and reinforce the 'Vocal for Local' initiative, while Tiranga concert promises to stir patriotic pride through soulful performances. MC clean drive in green belt dividing sec 11 & 12: As part of its 10-day cleanliness campaign, the UT MC carried out the drive in the green belt dividing sectors 11 and 12 Friday.
