The holy month of Shravan, dedicated to Lord Shiva, holds special significance for devotees across the world. This year, Shravan month begins on July 11, 2025, and will conclude on August 9, 2025. For actress Kanishka Soni, known for her roles in Devon Ke Diya Aur Baati Hum, and Pavitra Rishta, this month is a deeply spiritual time as she continues her devotion from her new home in Los Angeles. Speaking about her connection to Shravan month, Kanishka shared, 'This Shravan month, I am wholeheartedly dedicating my time and energy to Lord Shiva, honoring his divine sacrifice of drinking poison to save the world. I will be observing fasts every Monday, chanting his name, mantras and celebrating his glories through bhajans and kirtans. Here in LA, we do have shiv temples. I'm shifted here but I'm following every ritual and that makes me feel connected to my country.
