Beyoncé replaces the infamous stairs, robot arm misses Bey's cup Beyoncé's concerts have been filled with high-tech production, and eagle-eyed fans have been watching every detail. One unexpected fan obsession has been the stairs Beyoncé descends before performing her song 'I'm That Girl.' Early in the tour, fans speculated that the stairs were brought out late, and each night, the Beyhive jokingly kept tabs on their arrival. Friday night, Beyoncé switched things up as she replaced the stairs with a sleek stage lift, and fans immediately took note of the upgrade. Another high-tech moment came courtesy of a robotic arm on stage. Fans noticed the arm may have missed Beyoncé's cup while pouring her a glass of SirDavis whiskey.
