MBRHE Partners with Beyond Limits to Drive AI Innovation in Housing Services
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with global AI leader Beyond Limits to develop innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the efficiency of housing services and support Dubai's digital transformation goals.
Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate on developing smart housing technologies, exchanging expertise, and launching pilot projects aimed at raising institutional efficiency. The partnership is designed to help MBRHE adopt global best practices in using AI to deliver high-quality, sustainable housing services to Dubai's citizens.
Thilal Al Falasi, Assistant CEO of the Corporate Support Sector at MBRHE, emphasized the establishment's commitment to innovation and sustainability, stating that leveraging AI is key to enhancing the quality of life and supporting Dubai's vision for smart, proactive cities.
Hazem Khayat, Regional Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Beyond Limits, highlighted the potential of the collaboration, noting that the integration of advanced AI technologies will significantly boost the capabilities of government housing services.
The initiative aligns with Dubai's Vision 2033 and MBRHE's strategic plan to create pioneering housing solutions that meet the emirate's long-term goals for digital transformation, sustainability, and community well-being.
