'I just wouldn't want to be in my bikini - the bloating would get so bad and uncomfortable because I was eating foods my body wasn't used to. 'And I discovered the best hot girl holiday hack ever that means I can go away, feel comfortable in my bikini, not bloat, enjoy all the food and just have a great time." Julia explained that in order to put bloating at bay, she swears by the Pure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes - supplements containing enzymes involved in the digestion of protein, carbohydrate, fat, fibre, and lactose. Julia's favourite Digestive Enzymes contain a high-strength, broad-spectrum mixture of vegetarian digestive enzymes that facilitate the normal breakdown of proteins and tripeptides. According to the product description, these supplements contain alpha-galactosidase that promotes the breakdown of certain complex carbohydrates, such as raffinose and stachyose, found in some legumes, vegetables, and grains. In turn, this helps "to relieve occasional bloating or gas." Bloating: Foods to eat and avoid Eating the right foods can prevent bloating as well as reduce when it occurs. But it depends entirely on what your symptoms are. If you are bloated and constipated, eat: Fruits and vegetables Bran flakes Oats Skin-on potatoes Dried fruits such as apricots and raisins If you have trapped wind, avoid: Cabbage and other cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and kale Beans (baked, kidney, butter) Lentils These foods, including pulses like beans and lentils, are good to add into the diet slowly as they are high in fibre. While they are not advisable to help in the moment, they do help in the long-run by boosting gut health. Try adding them slowly into your diet. If you are bloated with diarrhoea, you may have a stomach bug and should eat: Plain foods: bananas, white rice, bread or toast Boiled potatoes Oatmeal Small and frequent meals Other tips for preventing bloating are: Exercise regularly Chew with your mouth shut Eat smaller more frequent meals than large meals Avoid fizzy drinks, alcohol or caffeine Limit processed, sugary, spicy or fatty foods One person said: 'I've never heard of these! Thank you.' Another added: 'Omg been looking for a solution for this for years.' Meanwhile, one woman beamed: 'They're amazing, only thing that's worked for me.' Millie Mackintosh praises travel neck pillow as the ‘first one that doesn't hurt my neck'

Millie Mackintosh has shared some of her travel essentials that she never goes on holiday without, and her must-have for flying is this adjustable memory foam neck pillow When it comes to travelling, comfort is key to making every stage of your journey as enjoyable as possible, and one thing we can all agree on is that trying to sleep on a plane can be a nightmare. Trying to position your head without leaving your neck aching is a struggle, which is why a neck pillow is usually a must-bring for travellers. Millie Mackintosh is no stranger to jetting off on holiday with her family, and the former Made in Chelsea star recently shared her list of wellbeing travel essentials, which included one item that's guaranteed to make your flying experience more enjoyable – her OstrichPillow Go Neck Pillow, £68.49. Millie shared a snap of herself on Instagram using it during a recent flight, saying: 'Neck pillow from Healf – first one I have found that doesn't hurt my neck.' The Go Neck Pillow is a great upgrade to your usual neck pillows, which tend to offer little support when sleeping. Rather than being filled with soft foam which flattens over time, it's packed with memory foam which helps offer extra support to your neck and maintains proper spinal posture, stopping you from getting neck and back pain. It has a 360° ergonomic design that makes sure your head and neck are fully supported from all angles, and it fastens with a velcro band which lets you fully customise the fit and snugness. The memory foam in the Go Neck Pillow can also be compressed to 60% of its size, making it perfect for stashing in a travel bag, and will spring back up to its usual size once removed. You can even completely remove the outer sleeve and put it in the washing machine, making sure it stays clean no matter how much you use it. Currently the Go Neck Pillow only has two reviews, but they're both five stars with one saying: 'Very comfortable Worth the cost.' The other agreed: 'Great pillow…. Competitive price and does exactly as it said it will. Often nap in the recliner chair, so pop this on, great support and no more neck pain…' Elsewhere on Amazon, the Relaxd Travel Pillow is currently reduced from £19.99 to £16.99 and offers similar 360° support with a fastening at the front. It also comes with other travel essentials, including an eye mask and ear plugs, to help you get the best sleep possible during your flight. One of Amazon's best sellers is the Cirorld Travel Pillow which has been slashed to £11.89 from £14.99. Whilst it doesn't offer quite the same all-round support as the other designs, it does have a memory foam filling which adjusts to your body and helps alleviate neck pain.
