Millie Mackintosh has shared some of her travel essentials that she never goes on holiday without, and her must-have for flying is this adjustable memory foam neck pillow
When it comes to travelling, comfort is key to making every stage of your journey as enjoyable as possible, and one thing we can all agree on is that trying to sleep on a plane can be a nightmare. Trying to position your head without leaving your neck aching is a struggle, which is why a neck pillow is usually a must-bring for travellers.
Millie Mackintosh is no stranger to jetting off on holiday with her family, and the former Made in Chelsea star recently shared her list of wellbeing travel essentials, which included one item that's guaranteed to make your flying experience more enjoyable – her OstrichPillow Go Neck Pillow, £68.49. Millie shared a snap of herself on Instagram using it during a recent flight, saying: 'Neck pillow from Healf – first one I have found that doesn't hurt my neck.'

One of Amazon's best sellers is the Cirorld Travel Pillow which has been slashed to £11.89 from £14.99. Whilst it doesn't offer quite the same all-round support as the other designs, it does have a memory foam filling which adjusts to your body and helps alleviate neck pain.
