Allegra Stratton: Politics Gets Heated in the UK
As Wimbledon gets going today, the championship organizers will be applying its Heat Rule: allowing players a ten minute break between sets two and three for women, and between sets three and four for men when the temperature crosses 30C. With such a hot start to the competition, the All England Lawn Tennis Club will also glad that it's plumped for AI over line judges this year — meaning there are fewer wilting human beings to worry about keeling over.
