The Toyota Camry crashed outside Heatley Secondary College in the Townsville suburb of Heatley about 11am on Thursday. WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE: Girls injured as allegedly stolen car slams into school fence. One 12-year-old girl suffered leg and pelvic injuries and another the same age was left with head wounds. The pair was taken to Townsville University Hospital in a stable condition. Students and staff at the school escaped injury. Police believe five people were in the car when it ploughed into the fence. Three fled the scene and remain on the run on Thursday evening. 'We came and checked it out after we seen all the ambulances and stuff.. and it was just this big mess and there was stuff everywhere,' one witness told 7NEWS. Police are investigating and anyone with information should report it to authorities.
