Old Orchard in Skokie gets new Puttshack
Puttshack opened its second Chicago-area location this month at Old Orchard in Skokie, following its first location at Oakbrook Center in 2021.
The vibe: The 30,000 square foot-interactive space features two bars, a private event space and tech-driven mini golf courses powered by the brand's leading trackball technology.
Zoom in: I checked out Puttshack with my sister and played one round when I quickly realized I need more practice! I was also left impressed with the food options.
During our visit, we tried Korean BBQ buns ($16), Thai fried chicken bites ($15), and a Quesabirria ($16).
You can also sip on themed cocktails, like Hennessy Islands and Puttshack Paloma, but if you're thirsting for something a bit lighter, I tried the cotton candy crush mocktail, which was just as sweet as a bucket of cotton candy.
