Fire crews tackle large blaze in Devon field
Fire crews have been tackling a large fire in a Devon field for several fire engines have been sent to the blaze in a field of grass and woodland in Hennock, near Bovey and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was affecting an area of land that measured 150m x 150m (about 500ft x 500ft), which is bigger than a football pitch."Crews have been making steady progress using hose reel jets and beaters," it added.
