Dubai Municipality Showcases Groundbreaking Tourism Projects at Arabian Travel Market 2025

Dubai Municipality is taking center stage at the 32nd Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, highlighting its innovative tourism initiatives aimed at enhancing the city's global tourism status. The exhibition, which runs from April 28 to May 1 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, will spotlight Dubai's emerging projects and its efforts to establish the city as a top global destination for travel and entertainment. Among the key attractions at the Dubai Municipality's booth is the AED2 billion Therme Dubai, a pioneering wellness complex set to be the largest of its kind in the Middle East and the tallest in the world. The project aligns with Dubai's broader goal to improve quality of life for residents and visitors, supporting the city's ambition to rank among the top 10 cities for quality of life by 2033. The Municipality is also unveiling plans for transforming Dubai's public beaches and parks. New developments are designed to boost the city's beach destinations, providing integrated tourism experiences for both locals and tourists. Notably, the mountain walking trail in Mushrif National Park, spanning 9.7 kilometers, is the first of its kind in Dubai. Dubai Municipality is also focused on preserving the emirate's heritage. Through the Heritage and Tourist Trails Project, Deira Souq will be revitalized to preserve its historical significance while enhancing its appeal as a key tourist destination. Upgrades include modern facilities like smart bathrooms, innovative lighting, and more. Bader Anwahi, CEO of the Public Facilities Agency at Dubai Municipality, emphasized that these projects reflect Dubai's commitment to sustainability, innovation, and improving the overall tourism experience to solidify the city's global cultural and tourism identity.
