THE brother-in-law of murdered mum Irene White is planning to sue her husband, The Irish Sun can exclusively reveal. Mr Winters added: 'It was always Anne's wish to persist with this case. 'QUIET SATISFACTION' "Although she never lived to see it through, she had the quiet satisfaction of knowing that she got it off the ground before she sadly passed away. 'She always knew the case was in good hands with her husband Keni." Speaking exclusively to the Irish Sun, Mr Delcassian told of his decision to continue with his late wife's legal action. He told us: "I gave a commitment to my late wife that I'd see the case through." BROKE HIS SILENCE Next week's hearing comes after Mr White broke his silence in April to deny any involvement in or knowledge of the murder. He spoke out after Power claimed in Garda interviews that Mr White allegedly asked him to 'sort out' his wife. Mr White described the claim as "mad" and said: "I don't know what he's thinking, saying this". A new book on the case, The Ice House Murder by journalist Robin Schiller and retired Detective Inspector Pat Marry, details the garda investigation into the murder.
