USS Cobia World War II submarine in Manitowoc to come to life with living history tours
MANITOWOC – Wisconsin Maritime Museum is hosting Living History Tours on board the USS Cobia.
"This unique event invites guests to step back in time and experience life aboard a WWII submarine," a news release states.
The event will take place 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 22, during which members of the USS Cobia Living History Crew will be stationed throughout the submarine to share their knowledge about the daily lives of submariners during the war.
Admission to the Living History Tours is included with regular museum and submarine admission. Wisconsin Maritime Museum members can attend the tours for free.
