The Lion's mission remains steadfast: to serve those in need by providing warm clothing, blankets, basic toiletries, and nourishing meals. A highlight of this year's event was the Teddy Bear Drive, which brought joy and comfort not only to young children but also to teenagers. One of the key services offered was diabetes screening, with 52 individuals tested — reflecting our ongoing commitment to health and wellness. Each family received: Blankets Toiletries – roll-on deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body soap, and laundry soap Dry foods – including porridge and 'food socks' for a nutritious takeaway meal The Soup Kitchen provided hearty soup, bread rolls, tea, and coffee in a warm, seated area ,ensuring every visitor felt welcomed and cared for.
